We had a fantastic stay at this 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of the old town. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by charming restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the convenience of having a washing machine. Despite being on the 4th floor, the climb was worth it for the beautiful views. we highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to experience the charm of old Nice.

Marvellous location very close to so many normal living shops / restaurants, the central square and the centre, and the room was air-conditioned. There were an electric kettle, a microwave, and air conditioner. Bathroom was particularly good, had a bath. An authentic restaurant offered French meals...

I always return to this place for my stay. Helpful staff, good exchange rate tips. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, Dryer, Electric kettle, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils, Air conditioning, Flat-screen TV. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for holiday.

our stay at this old town apartment was perfect. it exceeded all expectations from our previous stay in nice. the location, cleanliness, and homely feel made it truly unforgettable. we will definitely be back.

What an amazing Easter getaway! The location of this place was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the old town. We loved being surrounded by charming cafes, bakeries, and gelato shops. Plus, the tram stop was just a short walk away, making it super convenient for getting around. And let me tell you, having a Nespresso coffee maker and frother in the apartment was a total game-changer. We enjoyed our own homemade lattes every morning!

Now, I have to mention a couple of cons. First off, if you have mobility issues, be aware that there are only stairs to access the apartment on the 3rd or 4th floor.

The location is perfect, surrounded by charming restaurants and bars, allowing us to fully experience the charm and beauty of old Nice.

My children wanted a larger play area for families with children.

This 2 Bedroom Apartment in the Old Town Centre was absolutely fantastic! It had a cozy seating area and a kitchenette with all the necessary appliances. The bedrooms were so comfortable, and we even had a sofa bed and travel cot for the kids. The bathroom had a nice shower and free toiletries. we had a wonderful stay and got a peaceful night's sleep.

Personally, I found one feature I liked less about the apartment. The Promenade des Anglais is just 1,150 feet away, which might be too close for some.

While we loved being in the heart of the city, there were a few drawbacks. The noise from the street could be quite loud, especially late at night, and being woken up by the garbage truck at 5:40am on Monday was not ideal.

This place is located in a fantastic area next to the central square of Old Town, and meeting Alex, the host, was a pleasure as everything was perfect.

Nothing it is perfect.

This apartment was perfect for our group of four. The bedding was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The location was a huge bonus as we were right in the heart of everything and could easily walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed, including drying racks and a hair dryer. The welcoming touch of a bottle of wine was much appreciated. The stairwell in the building was gorgeous and added to the overall memorable experience of our stay.

We felt right at home in this apartment and had no reason to complain.
